Eerie

Written by S.C. Downey

The night sky was cold and eerie.

There was something about him that she couldn’t put her finger on.

He was pale, cold, and afraid of the light.

His teeth were wide and sharp like razors, but she wasn’t afraid of his dangers.

She was vulnerable, cold, and afraid of nothing.

Her presence was eerie to others, but he wasn’t afraid of her dangers.

They lived happily ever after in each others’ presences.

As they held hands under the eerie glow of the moonlight

on the midnight train to Transylvania on this dark and gloomy night

filled with supernatural life.
