Her heart was broken into microscopic pieces,
and she couldn’t take the agony of it all.
She never wanted to feel this way again,
so she told the endless pain
that was pumping through her veins
to flee from her heart.
As the pain left her heart, she screamed and yelled and fought.
When it was all done, she felt such relief
as her heart began to restore itself
from the pain that it endured for so long.
