In the crystal clear water, they swam like dolphins happy and free.
Echoes of their laughter and love spread through the sea.
They were young, carefree, and in love.
Splash, went the water across her face from a sink in the bathroom.
Bringing her back to reality without grace.
She was no longer in that happy place.
As she realized, he was no longer there.
The memory of his echoes played in her mind like a View Master.
As she realized for the first time, the echoes of his voice saved her from losing her
mind as they played on repeat through the day and night.
